Initial Consultation

A virtual meeting via Teams is generally the first step to working together. We also support a range of other video conferencing applications.

The goal of this initial consultation is to get a clear understanding of the support that you or your business requires. That may be assistance with a one off issue or ongoing support.

A fixed fee is agreed before any work commences for absolute clarity and peace of mind.

Service Delivery

Once the scope of the wrk to be undertaken and a timeframe for delivery has been agreed we get to work. Delivering to or ahead of time is always paramount to us.

You're busy people with deadlines. We understand that.

Post delivery Review

We encourage our clients to provide feedback to us on the services we deliver to them.

This helps build a strong mutual relationship based on transparency and understanding.
